1 Chef-curated bar - rotates every 2-3 months
1 Seasonal chocolate bar - rotated seasonally

Our basic Subscription:
3 chocolate bars delivered to your doorstep or mailbox once a month. The number of chocolate bars is not limited to 3 – you can add more if you like.

My Story
After spending 8 years in the restaurant world as an owner, pastry chef & chocolatier, I wanted to simplify my life and still create beautiful chocolates made with passion.
I loved the business ownership side of things, but didn’t enjoy so much the life of running a brick-and-mortar business. In December 2019 I sold Fleur de Cocoa, a French Patisserie & Chocolate shop located in Los Gatos, California, with the desire to still do what I love, but simplified!
I started building Blue Canary Sweets in Spring 2022, with the goal of building a business of my own design. I asked myself – What did I enjoy the most of all of the chocolate work I’ve done, and what did I not have enough time to work on when I had my shop? The answer was Chocolate Bars!
Chocolate bars are so simple, so accessible, not fussy. Yet they can also be elegant, fancy, and pretty enough to be given as a special gift. That’s what our chocolate bars are all about!
